Rates:

1. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Additional bank charges imposed by the local Malaysian bank on TT or any other payment made by customers locally or overseas are to be borne by the customers. The customers will have to settle the difference amount when they check in to the Resort.

Payment:

1. Payment must be made in full upon confirming and cleared by our local banker before we process your booking.

2. There will be charges imposed by the local Malaysian banks on your TT (Telegraphic Transfer) amount to us. The final payment that credited into our account will be less than the actual amount that you have TT to us. These charges imposed by the local Malaysian banks over the payment will be borne by the customers. The customers have to settle the difference amount when they check in to the Resort.

3. For customers in Malaysia paying and posting with outstation cheques (other than Perak) please add in the charges by the bankers for outstation cheques.

  • All cash payment can be made by banking in into our bank account.

  • Please do not make your cash payment by post. We will not be responsible for any missing cash payment by postage. iii. Once you have banked into our account, please email your payment detail to us for us to note your payment made and take prompt action of your booking.

Cheque:

​

  • All payment can be made via personal or company cheques.

  • Cheque payment should be made payable to Gopeng Rainforest Resort.​

  • If you are banking in into our account, please email your payment detail to us once you have done so for us to note your payment made and take prompt action of your booking.

Telegraphic Transfer (TT):

​

  • TT your full payment into our local bank:

  • Please make sure that you have sufficient time for our local banker to clear your payment (it usually takes about 2-3 business days for TT clearing) before your actual visit to Gopeng Rainforest Resort.

  • Please email your payment detail to us for us to note your payment made and take prompt action of your booking once it has been cleared.

Other Payment Modes

We DO NOT accept other payment methods at the moment. However, we will look into it in the future. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Cancellation

For cancellation 2 weeks before arrival date, no refund for payment made.  For cancellations above 14 days before arrival date,  a cancellation fee of 20% of the payment made will be deducted.​

Pick Up Services:

​

-Pick up services are available in Gopeng and Ipoh at a cost.

-Pick up services at other places may also be arranged at a cost. Please contact us for more information and arrangement.

-Please inform us whether you need any pick up services during your booking with us.

Accessibility:

​

Tourists from Malaysia/Singapore/Thailand can easily reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort by:

​

  • Air. Get you transit stop at airport in Ipoh. Make arrangement by means of bus, taxi or our pick up services to reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort when you are at Ipoh airport.

​

  • Road. Road transportation system in Malaysia can easily takes you from Malaysia/Singapore/Thailand to Gopeng Rainforest Resort. However, if you are travelling by chartered bus or coach, you have to make arrangement to transit at Gopeng town to take a smaller vehicle to reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort. Pick up services can be arranged by us.

  • Rail. Visitors from the north and south of Malaysia can easily reach Ipoh Railway Station by rail transportation. Make arrangement by means of bus, taxi or our pick up services to reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort when you are at Ipoh.

 

Tourists from other parts of the world can easily reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort by:

      Air. Your flight will stop at KLIA.

​

  • Get your transit stop at airport in Ipoh. Make arrangement by means of bus, taxi or our pick up servcies to reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort when you are at Ipoh airport.

  • You may arrange the rail transportation to reach Ipoh Railway Station and then make arrangement by means of bus, taxi or our pick up services to reach Gopeng Rainforest Resort when you are at Ipoh.

  • Pick up services can be arranged at KLIA.
