Rates & payment terms
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional bank charges on Telegraphic transfer or other payments - local or overseas - are borne by the customer, and settled upon check-in.
- Full payment must be made and cleared by our local banker before we process your booking.
- Outstation cheques (from outside Perak) should include the addtional bank charges for outstation clearing.
How to pay
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation 2 weeks before arrival date, no refund for payment made. For cancellations above 14 days before arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the payment made will be deducted.
Pick up services
- Pick up available from Gopeng and Ipoh, at a cost.
- Pick up from other locations can be arranged - contact us for details
- Let us know if you need pick up when you make your booking

Fly Into Ipoh
Transit at Ipoh airport, then bus, taxi or our pick up service to the resort.
Drive or Coach
Chartered bus transit at Gopeng town to a smaller vehicle for the resort - we can arrange pick-up services.
Ipoh Railway Station
From north or south Malaysia by rail, then bus, taxi or our pick-up service.
From Anywhere else in the world
Fly Into KLIA
Transit at Ipoh airport, then bus, taxi or our pick up service to the resort.
Ipoh Railway Station
Arrange rail to Ipoh, then bus, taxi or our pick-up service to the resort.
Pick up from KLIA
Pick-up service can be arranged directly from KLIA on request.
